Repotting Service
We repot your precious plants into our best - The Good Grit potting mix. This service includes an initial consultation over Whatsapp as only succulent type plants are accepted (this includes all types of cacti, thick leaf varieties of Hoya, to name a few).
We will gladly help you to calculate, in the meantime here are the rates for your reference;

All new plants or repotting work will be charged based on the widest measurement of the upgrade pot.
1. Plants without *spines / thorns:
largest width below 8cm – RM2
width 9-15cm – RM4
width 16-21cm – RM6
2. Plants with *spines / thorns:
largest width below – RM4
width 9 - 15cm – RM7
width 16 - 21cm – RM10
*spines / thorns are: any sharp spines or thorns, tender or hard, of glochids' length or longer.

3. Awkward or larger sized plants than what is stated above will be quoted separately.

5. House call service is available and will be quoted separately based on location distance & estimated session duration.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 50% payment of the first invoice issued is required at drop off. The remaining balance & a full payment of the second invoice must be remitted with proof of payment prior to pick up.

All plants will be repotted only using The Good Grit, the total amount (kg) used will be reflected in the second invoice (RM16.5/kg). We will advise customers to bring their own container during pick up should there be any balance of the potting mix.

Potsu By SH has the rights to decline any plant prior or upon drop off that is or suspected to be infested with insects or infection in order to protect the environment for other customer's plant health.

All plants will be assessed by us if a repotting is due. Reasons for repotting include but are not limited to:
a) Plants that are in need of a better potting mix.
b) Root bound plants.
c) Repotting nursery pot succulents into a new planter (you can purchase from us or provide your own), but not necessarily increasing the size.

Your plants will be cared for in our hands, it is then back to your responsibility & care of once you have received your repotted plant.

Both drop off & pick up time must be within the mentioned business hours (Tue - Sun, 10am - 6pm).

Bookings must be confirmed at least one week prior.
